I ordered this with the filter, filter arrived but not the roller even though order tracking on Bissell site showed they were both delivered. Sent an email to customer support with no response, two days later an auto email asking if I still needed assistance. Replied I had received no assistance but still no one contacted me. Rang Bissell and was nothing but dramas. Eventually arrived, shouldn't be that hard and the customer service was non existent. Will be switching to another brand.
