    Useless and doesn't clean the entire floor

    This machine is a waste of money. It does not reach the edges of your floor, leaving a ring of dirt and grime a good 2cms around your walls. Also cannot handle fur//hair. If you have an animal with a long or double coat, forget it. It takes me twice as long to get my house half as clean with this. If you want to claim the manufacturer 'money back guarantee' you need to keep ALL of the packaging, including plastic bags and cardboard inserts - plus be prepared to pay for all postage costs.

    Clean water tank too small

    Purchased this yesterday (20/7/23) from Harvey Norman Maitland NSW. Great for the auto dispensing of water to the roller. First clean this morning with the new machine. However, it ran out of clean water solution after doing the 4th bedroom. Had to fill up to finish the bathroom, toilet and laundry. It did not run out of battery power doing the whole house. My previous Bissell Crosswave 2225F had an 828 litre tank for clean water and it never run out. Although having a smaller clean water tank, I still give it 5 stars. I like the auto dispensing of the water to the roller and it is lighter and easier to use than the Crosswave 2225F. I'll have to workout the solution ratio so I can have a litre of water/Bissell solution mixed up in a separate container for when I run out so I do not have to fiddle around with mixing the solution and water again.
