I think it's excellent as it got rid of an ingrained milk stain on the lounge chair seat which a professional cleaner with an expensive machine failed to remove. It was taken away using my spot cleaner and the Bissell SpotClean Pet Started Kit. I'd give it ten stars if I could, but alas, I can only give it five stars.
