My carpets have not been cleaned since they were laid 12 years ago. I don’t have animals or wear shoes inside, however the pile was flat in high traffic areas and stains in doorways etc.

I used the Deep Clean mode with Wash and Protect, and OXY Boost.. The stains and dirt gone and smells great.

It is not a quick process as tank cleaning and waste water tanks fill up quickly. Drying time in winter with ducted heating and fans on about 15 hours.

The great thing is you don’t have to move all the furniture out of a room. Eg. I moved a Queen size bed to one side of the room, cleaned then moved the bed to the other side of the room and cleaned that area.

Tip: with the trigger off go over the area multiple things to suck up as much water as possible.

Very impressed with results, great machine.

I purchased this item after lots of reading about the product and all I can say is Wow ! I only used the quick wash as I didn’t want to have to wait to long for carpets to dry. Did take a little longer to dry than the said 30mins but living in Tassie and it was a very cold and wet day not the ideal temperature but had to be done. Opened windows as far as I could and turned heat pump up and was lovely and dry when I got back after being out for a couple of hours. I can’t wait to try out the deep clean. I have cream carpet and 3 fur babies and even though vacuming is done daily the amount of hair was crazy that it sucked out.

Highly recommend this product … so easy to use and clean afterwards.
