The Bissell website is not user friendly at all. Trying to find a belt for my 3636F Proheat x2 was a bloody nightmare. The search results come back as huge pictures, with tiny font describing them, I found I was needing to zoom in and out constantly to find what I was after. Even then your product number is different to what is actually printed on the old broken belt that came with the machine. There is a section for Compatible models that is left empty??? Would be handy to start at the machine and drill down to the part needed, more photos of the part from different angles, and actual specs ie width length etc. The machine is a great product, but I am very concerned if anything breaks and needs replacing that I will need to set aside hours to codebreak what part I should be ordering. Should, and can be, much easier for those of us who are not experts in belts, brushes etc, to ensure we order the correct product the first time.
Sounds like a whinge, but take it as an improvement opportunity.
