So pleased we decided to buy this instead of hiring a carpet cleaner at the super market. It was easy to use, light enough for us to handle and so convenient to be able to use it whenever we need to. It did a great job and have no hesitation in recommending it all. Ordered online from Bissell direct and it was easy and delivery was quick and without problems .
