It appears I purchased the incorrect one. I have reordered, received and fitted the correct Large Brush Belt Cogged 1606419. I will keep the small one for the drive rollers.

Replacement belts

I rang the bissell help line the person on the other end sent me the link and knew exactly what I needed so it made ordering the right part easy once I received the order which came very fast their was instructions on how to put each belt on to make the replacing of them that much easier
