While cleaning my carpet, lost the brush action. Upon investigation I noticed a belt that had snapped. I emailed & was told about the belt. I ordered two on line & went into Godfrey’s to see if they had any, which they did the girl in there was absolutely fantastic. Got home stripped the vac & fitted the belt. So easy. Love our clear view. With the family & two dogs it’s so good to be able to clean the couch or carpets when ever you need without having to book someone & be there when they can make it.
