Just bought this last month n have cleaned all my rugs and carpet
Amazing cleaner relatively quiet and does not splash the water everywhere which was what happened with a previous cheaper Bissell model
Delivery was not too good as the item was sent straight to the post office instead of being delivered to my home (I was at home) and had to be collected from them
What inconvenience it would have been if I didn’t have transport
