I used the machine to clean my rental after a professional had cleaned. He had done a great job but cleaning after that tenant was a lot of work!! The floor is looking much better.

This machine is very easy to use and light weight to handle. Extreme easy to remove parts and easy to clean. I do love the option of different 3 modes of cleaning. The only disappointing aspect for myself is the size of the water tank as my previous machine held a lot more and my house has 4 large bedrooms and a huge loungeroom and passageway all carpeted, which means frequent refills.

LOVE this machine! We are a family of five with three messy kids under 10, our carpets are forever suffering. This removed months old bloodstains among other marks. It's so handy to have available on demand to deal with mess when it happens instead of hiring a machine every 6 months. Also great for q quick refresh in between times.

Amazing how black the water was after cleaning! Doing my blue hall runner was just like a TV add where you could visibly see the clean strip as I cleaned. Am very happy!
