Subject to these conditions, BISSELL will repair or replace (with new or re manufactured components or products), at BISSELL’s option, free of charge from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, for two years any defective or malfunctioning part due to manufacturer defect. This warranty does not apply to fans or routine maintenance or consumable components such as filters, belts, brush rolls, etc., damage or malfunction caused by negligence, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or any other use not in accordance with the user’s guide. BISSELL recommends that the original packaging is kept for the duration of the warranty period in case such need arises within the warranty period that the item needs re-packing and transportation.

The AirRam is suitable for big areas; the MultiHand Vac is perfect for edges and corners. Batteries are good. But the AirRam could be more flexible.

I'd heard about this machine via a friend and I was sceptical. it looked bigger and heavier than my Dyson hand-held and I had little confidence it would be easy to use... I was so wrong! When I got the chance to borrow his machine I was blown away by how smoothly it glided along, how easy it was to empty but more importantly how much stuff it sucked up!
So we bought one ourselves, with the small unit as a combo. Both are excellent. The battery life is long, I love the telescopic handle, and it just makes vacuuming a pleasure to do. It's also so quiet that my daughter doesn't need to take the iPad into the next room when watching TV!

The package deal that I bought is great value and is exactly what I needed. The Air Ram cleans our tiles in a breeze and the hand held unit with attachments lets me get to all the hard to reach areas. Very happy with my purchase.
